This page explains what personal information Joe Jeynes Tennis Coaching ("Joe", "we", "us") collects when you book or enquire about lessons, and how it's used. This applies to adults, and to parents/guardians booking on behalf of a junior player.
Solely to arrange, run and manage your lessons — to confirm bookings, contact you about scheduling, and to have emergency contact details on hand during sessions. We do not use your data for marketing without asking first.
Your details are kept privately by Joe and used only for the purposes above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to run a session safely (for example, with a venue in an emergency) or where required by law.
Photos or video taken during sessions may be used on this website or on Instagram (@tenniscoaching.leeds) to showcase coaching. You — or a parent/guardian on behalf of a junior player — can ask at any time not to be photographed or filmed, or to have an existing photo taken down. No reason is needed.
Contact and emergency details are kept only for as long as you have active or upcoming bookings, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you rebook. You can ask us to delete your details at any time — see Section 7.
This website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
You can ask to see what information we hold about you or your child, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time — just get in touch using the details below.
